You realize that you left your wallet on the rental car agency counter and you have no identification. The trooper takes you down to the station and cites you for driving without proper identification. Frustrated, you protest -- and this angers him. The fine is $500, the amount of your savings. You must pay or be thrown in jail. What a lousy way to end your trip!
